Newest Feature – Shared Plant & Equipment
Staff can now book, collect, return and transfer plant & equipment items that have been ticked as “Shared”.
In the Web App, the new Shared Plant & Equipment Calendar lets you easily see who has what items and future bookings:
From the office desktop version (admins) you can create new bookings for staff working on specific jobs.
- You know who the last user of the asset was and the current condition ie “last user” is technically responsible for the asset in their care
On the mobile app (field users) can make bookings, collect, return and transfer assets easily.
Safetyminder requires staff to complete pre-use & post-use checklist to collect and return items. These can be customised under Administration/Templates. This ensures staff keep assets in working order or promptly report issues.
If an asset is damaged or broken it can easily be put into the Repair Register to be looked at by company maintenance or 3rd party.
